Pierr what makes you so sure management had to do the PP? If the 5 million plus 20 cent warrants dated Aug 22 have been shorted then a cheque for a million plus will be delivered to 100 Sussex Drive. The financing then becomes gravy and their apparingly rash move takes on a different perspective.
