Voya Asia Pacific High Dividend Equity Income Fund (the Fund) is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund’s investment objective is total return through a combination of current income, capital gains and capital appreciation. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in a portfolio of dividend yielding equity securities of Asia Pacific companies. The Fund will seek to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its managed assets in dividend producing equity securities of, or derivatives having economic characteristics similar to the equity securities of Asia Pacific Companies that are listed and traded principally on Asia Pacific exchanges. The Fund will invest in approximately 60-120 equity securities and will select securities through a bottom-up process that is based upon quantitative screening and fundamental analysis. Voya Investments, LLC is an investment adviser of the Fund.

RE: TD TradeProbably was executed on Alpha and won't show up . Eventually they should catch up and show all trades regardless where they take place. I have had that happen several times.


During the week ended Aug. 6,2010, Canada's alternative trading systems handled 25.6 per cent ofCanadian stock trading (all listings on the Toronto Stock Exchange, theTSX Venture Exchange and the Canadian National Stock Exchange). Themost active ATS was Alpha Trading Systems, which averaged 141.0 millionshares per day. In second place was Chi-X Canada, which averaged 34.7million shares, followed by Pure Trading with 12.7 million. In fourthplace was dark pool March Now with 9.2 million shares, and in lastplace came Omega ATS with just 4.6 million shares per day.
