RE: facebook or twitter??

RE: facebook or twitter??The goernment does take this whole sorry story seriously!

I've just received a email from the Premier's office acknowledging that the Government is once again in court with Vinland and has no other option but  to allow the legal process to run it's course.

"The dates for the Newfoundland and Labrador Supreme Court, Trial Division, to hear Vineland's appeal of the Mineral Rights Ajudication Board decision are now set for the 25 - 26 October of this year"

We can only patiently await the outcome and whatever the verdict, this will cetainly be the last of it - Vinland has certainly reached the end of the road!

If I were a gambling man, I'd bet on the MRAB decision being upheld!

Hang in and GLTA.
