RE: RE: I must say Art

RE: RE: I must say ArtGenerally, I have noticed when a financing gets announced, Art (President) generally does one trade into the market before purchasing a number of shares in the Private Placement.

Just one question , maybe two.  Why would he sell any shares if he thought there was a reasonable expectation of upside?  I notice from a ceo of a company that made a lot of money, that he ONLY sold into a rally.  Considering Art sold 50,000 (200,000 shares pre consolidation) which made for most of the trading the first day. I would say he knocked the stuffing out of any upside with those trades.

Nothing wrong with that in my opinion.  great, of course there is nothing wrong with that from Art's and your point of view , but from a shareholder that might be another story , but time will tell.

sub .10 on an market slide is almost guaranteed.  This is no way for a CEO to instill confidence but time will tell. I Can't wait for the NR to issue more warrants but I would wait till you could issue them at a much bigger discount.  Sure hope HI takes another hit this season.

sub .20 next week for sure
