- this equity financing was essential part of the over all financing
- theyve been working on it for many months, bad time to do an equity fnancing but delaying the equity portion would delay the debt portion which delays the construction start, they had to get this done
- brokerages who did the bought deal had trouble selling it to their clients

IMO its great they got this done and managed to do it as a bought deal, I was going to buy some of it but with no warrants I didnt bother, great for existing shareholders that there where no warrants but it made the selling of the units by the brokerages much more difficult

now lets see the finalized debt packages and get the construction started
