buyout

buyout

whule I dont discount the possability of an early buyout being a partial cause to the delay, I just dont think the recent NR has any wording that implies that.  It is a big inference that a buyout is in the works.  It would make more sense that Complant wait 12 months and see how things are proceeding before deciding to make the bigger step and taking 50.1% control.  Although some companies see 50+1% as a necessity before entering any deal (learned that from watching Denis Oleary on Dragons Den) so perhaps a buyout is going to happen, I just dont see any wording that points to that...

I do think it is so odd that even after sinhydro fell apart, and before complant we were still at 50 cents, the first announcement with complant brought us to 57 cents before any deal, and now we are hoping for less (55 cents) WITH a signed financing deal....

now with a glowing resource report I hope any buyout considers at least the 52 week high as a starting point before settling on a price.
