RE: RE: New 52 week low at .27 centsMy concern is whether the recent share offering will close at .325 cents, in light of the fact that the market price today is around .27 cents.  Would an investor pay a 20% price premium to obtain warrants? The deal was expected to close on or before August 12, 2010, but so far we have not seen a Press Release confirming the closing.
