He controls more than 80% of the Severstal stock.  I did not realize he contolled that much, so, some investors did see value.  Go fugure ! They are getting their ducks in a row and we are kind of on the move.  I believe it will be a bit wild on the way up, but I am long unitl at least the end of the year.  Just wait until gold picks up steam again, then we can look forward to Bissa.  Igor did what he said he was going to do, let's just hope there are finished with the body slams.
