RE: drilling ..

RE: drilling ..I spoke to Richard Novis at MicroCap et al today. No word on the final ruling in the appeal process but they feel there isn't anything to worry about. Georgey boy cannot submit any new data in the appeal process and all of the data he's already submitted has been thrown out of court. Seems a little stupid to go through an appeal process when nothing new can be added to the case. They also have the main parts to a 250 tpd mill on the Mexico property in addition to the 60 tpd mill they were using prior to the legal action. It will require some $$$$ to get everything up and running but they have plans in place and are just waiting for the final appeal ruling. I can't add any more information re: the Columbian property. Will look forward to news when it's announced.

I've been a Bandera share holder for a loooooong time and this state of "hibernation" for the company has been painful for all of us. That being said, we are very close to breaking through the haze and IMO we'll soon be moving forward once again. Notice that the bids are every so slowly creeping upward :)
