Competing With Mosaic and POT

Now here is the thing I have always wondered about Potash Jr's...If they even get to the point that they are pulling the Potash out of the ground, how can the Jr's survive as there is no way that there cost of mining the stuff would be lower then the big boys like Potash Corp of Sask, Mosaic, Intrepid.... Catch my drift? I'm thinking Jr's would always get undercut. Thoughts?
