rdb7, as long as it's not the 40 cent placees selling, I would agree with you, but if it's the placees selling, then why would they sell at such a low price after taking the bigger risk and investing? I doubt that holding warrants suffices the risk, but that is always a possibility.

I would hope that placees see the longer term picture, and are therefore the "strong hands". JMHO
