I've got no answer to your question !

I dont know exactly how long BNC took  to setup the current Phase III.  I think that this is complicated matter that involve layers...and I dont have the slightest idea of the state of recruitment of hospitals at the ENDO-BNC deal hour.

In the last quarter CC (Endo), they said that they will start the second Phase III later this year. Data of the second Phase III will be used for the first Phase III submission to the FDA (safety data required by the FDA).  I dont know if there is a link between the two - probably not since BNC has the GO from FDA for the second Phase III since a few years

Anyway, it a question of weeks now.

As far as E coli is concerned, I thought that Pfizer buyng the rights to Epitopix last June would be enough to give the licence to BNC since BNC's chances of success vs Pfizer are greatly diminished.  Now that E coli season is almost over, it will be easier for USDA to grant the license if it ever comes !

Whatever the outcome, I will be relieved the day of release.  To me, the sooner, the better : I'm tired of this constant hope state of mind
