RE: SLIZZA ACQUIRES 1,042,424 SHARES

RE: SLIZZA ACQUIRES 1,042,424 SHARESMag,

Slizza "acquired" the 1,042,424 shares - it doesn't say he paid for them, and there is no price listed for the shares.

Looking back at the latest financials (March 31, 2010) - the company owed Slizza $113,800 - of which $41,604 was management fees he charged to the company.  If you divide his fee by .04 you get a number that is very close to the number of shares he "acquired" - so he may have accepted shares in lieu of payment of that fee.
Time will tell, and we will be able to see when the next financials come out.
If the cores are good, then it would appear to be a good move on his part - mind you with the ever-increasing share structure, they will have to be really good to cause a substantial move in the share price.
