RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: News ReleaseWow Nicky arent you a genious.  Of course mine plans have to be carefully designed. Have you not figured out that they are going to start their mining in a way that will allow the greatest choice of options for modifying the plan based on what their current drilling result give then? Not only these results, but the possibility of further modifications upwards if they get the additional BLM land.

Cline is opening a mine and your sitting here talking about things everybody and they already know.  Whats next, goin gto start talking about you being worried about who they hire for janitors and what brand of toilet paper they should put in the crappers?

You should get your facts straight, but we both know how you like to mislead people with your lies like your effort to spread a rumour that the mine was reflooded.  Cline does not have 315 million tonnes measured resources, Cline has 87.6 million tonnes measured AND 227.4 million tonnes INDICATED. If you were any sort of expert you would NEVER havce gotten it WRONG!

You are a FAKE

Why is Cline moving slowly? I think Cline knows their total estimate may be substantially larger than it is now, but they have to do it somewhat slowly because the auction for the additional BLM lands has not occured yet. First they get the land and lock up the surface stuff which puts up a big barrier up for anyone else wanting to bid against them for the BLM lands.  The bonus for Cline in its bid for the BLM land is that their working of those coal seam will give the lowest impact to the environment. Any other third party wanting the BLM coal lease would have to do new surface infastructure and the US public would freak out if someone asked to put another one in when they existing one can give them access. Any Company interested in the additional BLM land and bid against Cline will have to buy out Cline to get what they need to mine it. So if the government does lease those tracts of land, Cline is in a win win situatiuon regardless of whether they are the successful bidder in the lease auction or not.
