RE: RE: RE: RE: Posting Rules

RE: RE: RE: RE: Posting Rules
In his first post regarding his new pet topic LongonZinc posts:

"It is no secret that this company was paying Agoracom to promote the stock on their chat boards."

This is followed by a second post that quotes a news /www.theglobeandmail.com/globe-investor/osc-takes-aim-at-firms-investor-chat-rooms/article1520869/?cmpid=rss1"> https://www.theglobeandmail.com/globe-investor/osc-takes-aim-at-firms-investor-chat-rooms/article1520869/?cmpid=rss1">article regarding agoracom. The important contextualizing statement immediately preceeding the posted quote states:

“Neither the public users nor Agoracom's clients were aware that representatives of Agoracom were posting on their hubs using aliases,” the OSC alleged in the documents. “In fact, [Agoracom] knowingly deceived clients about the traffic and activity generated on their hubs.”

LongonZinc follows with a third post:

"Do you deny the fact the CBS paid Agoracom for IR-Promotional services?

I have no reason to believe that CBS knew about Agoracom employees posting the site, as stated in the article that I posted"

For anyone unfamiliar with agoracom: It provided a moderated chatboard for discussion of CBS. Agoracom also facilitated and posted interviews with Eugene. The impression you may get from LongonZinc's posts is that Bard was paying Agoracom to promote Bard by posting with multiple aliases on their board. The latter is not the case and was unknown. Promptly after this was discovered Eugene discontinued any affiliation with agoracom and had the CBS hub removed.

For the question:

"Do you deny the fact the CBS paid Agoracom for IR-Promotional services?

The answer is that CBS paid agoracom for IR services. They did not, however, pay for the services (fake posts, aliases etc) that you made obvious your previous posts.

Sly. LongonZinc brings up a lot of good information and data but you gotta watch out for these subtle twists.
