I did not say anything in my post about a buyout. For the last two years the shares did not trade as any other
public company in a free market would, you can clearly see that. I believe Mordashov is buying for relatives or friends
with the help of a couple brokers or marketmakers, who hold the price down with their endless low offers. Once he has
90 % ( or is it 92 % ? ) he can force the remaining shareholders to accept market price with a small premium as all
shares at this point can no longer be traded and become worthless. The question is, will he get 90 or 92 % ? I believe
in time, he will. The final price ?  My guess is somewhere around $ 1.25 . Fiveks.
