Fiveks... If your theory is true do you realize at the rate they( Modashov and friends) are buying the past few months it will take them about 425 (give or take) trading days to get the 90% so about 2 years.  That is of course if they are making every buy in the market everyday.  I am thinking an IPO is more likely in the next few month so those shares they may be worth more than what you paid in shorter time than you think
