Unfortunately Brett has developed a credibility problem over the last 6 months and virtually everything he says
is taken with a grain of salt.
He also made the following comment in that NR
Although additional tool designs were available during the period, certaininstallations were deferred pending modification to this particular model. Anupdated design is now complete and tools have now
"started to be reinstalled"
That would suggest they are cleaning up the back log.
If investors really believed that the SP would be closer to $2.00 than ready to crack below $1.00
