It owns a portfolio of hotels and net lease service and necessity-based retail properties. The Company owns over 221 hotels with approximately 37,000 rooms or suites located in over 36 states, in the District of Columbia, Ontario, Canada and San Juan, Puerto Rico. It owns approximately 752 service-oriented retail properties with over 13.3 million square feet located in approximately 42 states. The Company’s net lease portfolio is occupied by over 175 tenants, which is operating approximately 137 brands in over 21 industries. The Company's net lease portfolio is leased to tenants that include travel centers, quick service and casual dining restaurants, movie theaters, health and fitness centers, grocery stores, automotive parts and services and other businesses in service-oriented and necessity-based industries.

RE: RE: how low will it go?well said long haul. The one thing i dont fully agree on what you said is that svc is high risk.

 i have always said that if the revenue from this new and unproven segment doesn't materialize then plan B (take out) is a nice 2nd choice. The take out is a nobrainer, tektronix (arbour) and Cisco are the other 2 players. many big time tech players will want to take out sandvine. and the $89 mil on hand will ensure that the take out price is fairly high.

because of this 2 pronged strategy, those of us lucky enough to have purchased SVC at $1 have not much risk at all in my view.

So if it goes down to a buck again, buy it up baby.
