Centric Energy Announces Warrant Expiry Acceleration
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Aug. 23, 2010) -Centric Energy Corp. ("Centric Energy" or "the Company") (TSX VENTURE:CTE)announces that the warrant expiry acceleration clause contained in thecommon share purchase warrants (the "Warrants") issued by the Companyon March 5th and March 22nd, 2010 has beentriggered following a period of 10 consecutive trading days in whichthe closing market price of the Company's common shares on the TSXVenture Exchange was equal to or greater than
.20 per share.
TheCompany has elected to accelerate the expiry of the Warrants inaccordance with the terms of the Warrants. The expiry date will now beSeptember 14th, 2010. This news release constitutes therequired notice of the acceleration of the expiry date of the Warrantsto the holders of the Warrants.
The Warrants may be exercised at any time before 4:00 p.m. (Vancouver time) on September 14th,2010, by delivering the warrant certificate with a duly completedexercise form and a certified cheque, bank draft or money order payableto "Centric Energy Corp." in an amount equal to the purchase price forthe number of shares being purchased, to Computershare Trust Company ofCanada at 510 Burrard Street, 2nd Floor, Vancouver, British Columbia,V6C 3B9.
