For all those wondering

For all those wonderingThe stock is being manipulated lower by pros who know how to shake a tree. In a market where general activity is low, a pro or pros create a box. . A box is created when a pro gets on the bid side of the market and buys all the stock they can from those who want out. Once the pro gets filled at say 19 cents he immediately puts some or all of that on the sell side at a price marginally higher. If a buyer comes in he sells and makes a profit. If a buyer doesn't come in he continues to drop his bid, waits to get filled and then put that stock up for sale again at a marginally higher price. The pros keep doing that all the while the retail investor gets more and more nervous watching the price decline and as more and more stock is added to the sell side of the market.. The pros only do this with a stock that they feel will eventually attract buyers and rise so that they can sell at some point. The longer they can keep pushing the stock down  and buy on the way down, the greater their eventual profit. This can only be done with stocks that have mostly retail ownership, because institutional investors are more astute at recognizing value and would be in buying a stock that is undervalued like Nuvo before it declined to ridiculous levels.  As a matter of interest, Franklin Templeton one of the few institutions owning Nuvo added 4.6 million shares to their holdings between the end of March and the end of June at around .27 cents average. Fortunately or unfortunately depending on your time frame and confidence in Nuvo there is very little institutional participation in Nuvo right now because it trades well below a price where institutions can buy and also it only trades in Canada, the U.S. pink sheets don't count as a market that institutions recognize. So for those with an eye on the fundamentals at this time and not on the share price the future will be very bright the  time is approaching for a meaningful advance.
