What's going to move this stock up?

What's going to move this stock up?Open to discussion. Results thus far for Phase II have been positive and yet the price still tanks. We've gone from 90 cents to now 26 cents. I knew we were not going to stay at 90, but I thought at least support would sit in the 50-60 cent range when the dust settled.

All I'm seeing is a lot of sell off.

Thoughts? What's going to get this thing going up again?
