Sprott help incest & collusion is suffocating

Sprott help incest & collusion is suffocatingIncest is illegal everywhere but the equity markets…but YNG just took this to a whole new level

Yukon-Nevada Gold Corp. 42% joint venture partner in YS Mining
YS Mining Company Inc. is Tagish’s largest general secured creditor.
YS Mining holds a security interest in all of the Company's present and after acquired personal property
YS Mining holds all of the Company's present and future Mineral Rights (as defined in the Macquarie GSA) YS Mining holds all mineral projects comprised in the Project (as defined in the Macquarie GSA).

The reason for the phone call is for one of 2 reasons
1. Sprott demanded them be a little more transparent about their BS shell piggy bank game
2. This MOU does not have all the necessary regulatory approvals and consents.
Sprott - The Notes have a maturity date of December 31, 2012 and are secured by a charge over all the assets of the Company's wholly owned subsidiaries

If they truly were shareholder friendly and not just about pulling $ from every corner of the earth for themselves via shells fee newcos oldcos
Evil way
1. They would vote down New Pacific’s offer ..they have enough shares to be successful
2. They would run this thru the court system as we already own as a secured creditor everything we need
3. Then they would consolidate it with YNG with NWM retaining shares in kind to YNG
Civil Way
1. Say yes to New Pacific and give us our cut which is .4 so we can move on
For the record I own Free money the following but will call a spade a spade when I see one
TAGISH LAKE GOLD CORP - TLG:TSX-V
NEW PACIFIC METALS CORP - NUX:TSX-V
YUKON NEVADA GOLD CORP - Warrants
Here is the credit and up to date drama

The level of incest and collusion is suffocating and Arthur74402 is not the only one who knows how greedy this group can get when left to their own morality
All current Board members of Tagish Lake are connected in some respect to YS Mining or to YS Mining's 42% shareholder, Yukon-Nevada Gold: Messrs. Dickson and Sun are also directors of YS Mining; Robert Chafee, Neil Steenberg, and Peter Holbek were previously Directors of Yukon-Nevada Gold. On July 6, 2010, Tagish Lake announced the appointment of John H. Resing to the Tagish Lake Board. Messrs. Resing and Chafee were management nominees for director of Yukon-Nevada Gold, as set out in Yukon-Nevada's April 14, 2010 Information Circular, although it does not appear that either was elected. Tagish Lake later announced, on July 15, 2010, that concurrently with the appointment of Mr. Resing, Ren Xiaohua, who is currently a director of YS Mining, resigned as a director of Tagish Lake. On or about the same day that Mr. Resing was appointed to the Tagish Lake Board and Mr. Ren resigned, the President of Tagish Lake advised New Pacific that an independent committee had been formed to consider the Offer. Mr. Resing was appointed as the chair of the independent committee.

Be careful what you wish for when I first came to find whether or not people want our .03 for Tagish Lake Shares or the BK assets …I see romara3 agree to disagree yet again he thinks fabulous I think I rather eat glass than let these guys shell and reshell another piggybank
