Watch the price of oil, when it rises it will signal a buy for WPT... if I had to guess and bet my life on it, I'd say that 3 weeks from now we will be right back up where it left off. IMHO, the Senate and the economy are the two key things to watch...
We have low trading volumes on a falling SP, but as soon as the price of oil begins to rise and the Senate and House get back to work, you will see the action you are wanting now...
