I dare management to answer these 5?I see a wash rinse repeat game because if YNG gets bought out we lose all value this stupid newco company
I hope one of you ask these question as I have no idea where to email them to
1. If YNG was taken out what would happen to their ownership in NEWCO? (Laughing as I am writing how hard that would be to answer without saying uhmmm)
Better yet?
2. Why are we considering a MOU when we already own the assets thru court protection? Is it for Maquire and Sprott and management to earn a decent living?
3. Why are we considering paying millions a year for a management team listing legal BOD for properties we could not even give away for .10?
4What is NWM opinion about this?
5. Does NWM think this structure is in their best interest and if so why?
I personally want the answer to that one the most as that would provide all of us more clarity to the character of management than anything else. This is not in the best interest of NWM and I would love to hear them spin it any other way. What is the problem that we only run to China when we have a problem (I am no different except I run to Japan who runs me to China). NWM is the one that is getting screwed over more than us as most people here did not even know about this asset bs til just recently
If they will screw NWM ….then I assure we are all getting screwed at the retail level
strelioff...get your questions into the site for Baldock to answer. I NEED IT CLEANED UP FIRST. Actually I rather get a hold of NWM and it is too bad they did not MOU this BS when I was just in China as I would have gone there with a Japanese firm that that is much larger with a huge history in China. YNG I do not understand as they are a new culture NWM I know respect and understand their culture of business.
Chinese are throwing in 60 million cash- Their intentions are honest and upfront. No one understands consolidation better than China so that is why I wish I could speak with them face- to-face.
They see a long term partnership and if the right person spoke with them would support a redirect millions of management , legal, and listing fees and a unification this Yukon. Why does YSI exist in the first place?
If anyone has not seen the lack of benefit it would be it'sNWM. Why wont they let NWM in YNG? Because they know they are a long term partner who is not interested in a buyout.
Are you of the opinion that this merger/takeover will not be profitable for the YNG shareholders?
If it is to spin out and create a New company then yes it is not in the best interest of NWM and it is not in the best interest of YNG.
We have gone through week after week on how this is a brand new company.....but some people here still have short periods of mental concentration, and want to go back to the old YNG.......
I know I watched from a far but one thing is to screw the retail shareholders the other thing is to screw NWM and I do not believe they have NWM best interest which is even more stupid. I have made money from these companies NWM has gotten nothing yet they invested more than I ever will.
there may even be a share dividend in the new company- Look at Aberdeen and Endeavour they rake in millions from each company they shell out….they suppress the prices and the shareholders who did not get in the pp are left holding the bag. I will jump in a shell and sell when they consolidate and then come back 90 days later only to see it is 50% down. They are fabulous if you are a pp were you throw the shares and keep the warrants we will be at the bottom,
Why the hell do we need a new company for assets that you could not even give away not that long ago?
This is where my answer lies. Keeping NWM on the side shows me they want to sell YNG. NWM is what both you and I are looking for something long term that has the cash that will spin the cash. I am not stupid Sprott financed us and we are expected to believe NWM will pay 60 but not 25 million? LOL
Sprott Macquarie make money with fees NWM owning YNG and Tagish does not make them as much money as financing and spinning out .01 and .10 cent assets.
At the end of the day I will be back home in Calgary on Thursday but in meetings as I have been away for 45 days when I planned for 7 and doubt I will hear their bs til the weekend.
If you or anyone can just step away from old and new and take one thing away is that we are now are producer and we should follow the Chinese business of consolidation. I believe I rather have NWM as a partner than a buyout from Yamana. If they spin this out and YNG gets sold to Yamana what happens to our New CO shares? Dick it goes back and the wash rinse repeat game starts all over again.
