It seems that management's position is, take care of the fundamentals and the share price will eventually reflect them. It appears to me that is what they are doing. The drift in the stock in my view is a function of unsophisticated investors selling because they have misinterpreted the reason for the reverse split. The fact that they can only sell to mainly other retail investors adds to the weakness.
