Where's The Beef!

Where's The Beef!

The dreaded wait follows the “unspecific” or “intentionally lacking” news release yesterday.

Alas, it would be somewhat odd that a purchase order having been secured from “one of the India’s largest communications service providers” is not advertised in the perhaps well expected fashion.

Clearly, not electing to advertise a minimum or “base case valuation” attached to such a win would certainly lead to additional question.

Moreover, one would point out that certain shareholders/ “stakeholders” unceremoniously “dumped 871,850 Tranzeo Wireless Technologies Inc shares to market yesterday – someone would be buying a relatively expensive dinner this evening, eh.

Yes; go on now. Simply keep attempting to take the share price down toward that interim level 1 basement price zone of
.60 cents.

Hmm, perhaps you can then ensure that certain “intermediaries” in particular would be afforded the opportunity to continue slowly consolidating (more like shifting, shuffling and reallocating) a designated or perhaps requested and preferred position.

An additional thought or two:

It may very well be (it would not surprise one) that it would indeed require the remainder of this 2010 fiscal period in order to have the share price actually break the $1.00 mark – who knows; perhaps CannO’Crap representatives could have “failed” at securing and finally having “inked” some kind of tentative deal priced at or higher than $1.60 cents per share, eh.

Moreover, should one be one of the American Investor or Investors (clearly, one is not), one would not in any way be pleased to know that any sort of “dilution ensuring deals” would be struck with any party or parties not of my liking, if you will.

Heck; should “dilution” of an existing interest or interests be somehow unavoidable, one would, at the very least, want to be assured of and indeed provided the reserved opportunity to hold and perhaps exclusively “leverage” “the senior and secured note” which would in part enable the provisioning of some secured 7 to 10 Million Dollar credit facility for the Tranzeo Wireless Technologies Inc/Aperto enterprise.

Would anyone “in particular” care to comment and contribute to such an understanding and the information provided yesterday; after all, it is relatively late in the day, eh.

Where are the other news releases?
