Well let's make some suppositions.
Drill pipe has been laying in the hole for months.
Drilling and killing the well with very heavy mud with a lot of solids that will settle out and form a cake in the wellbore and in the pipe. Probably no way to establish circulation through the drill string again without cleaning it out if they can get that done.
Would you care to wager that they will try to retrieve enough of the pipe to get a shot at another sidetrack through the window they have already cut and cement the rest to keep the genie in the bottle.

And yes I am a new member. Been watching and reading this bullboard since I was there and finally decided to speak up.

No I am not a relative of Canadafox. Just tired of seeing the same inane comments without participating.
