When management talks about enhancing shareholder value they don't mean hyping the stock or trying to protect the shares from declining in value because of superficial reasons and trading. Enhancing shareholder value means building the company with products that will increase revenue and earnings over the long term. Management doesn't require cash at this time so the share price is irrelevant to them. I won't bother pointing out the reason for the decline any further, most people here don't understand what is happening. We will all just have to wait and see, those of us who can see beyond the valley that is.
