They are already at the maximum number of options that can be issued and so unless someone exercised .11 options there could not be anymore issued. The only loss to directors is if the shares go above .11, then they can not sell old options at a profit and issue new ones. Personally if SYH goes to .15 I don't think anyone would care about options.
