RE: pump and dumpsolarcircle's post is that of a 'has been' shareholder. Not informative in valuation, nor knowledgeable on the matrix of the company. As he is not a SH anymore he has no interest in ACT and therefore his comment is invaluable to this board. I would suggest he do DD before posting here.

Hearsay is of no value to the astute investors frequenting this and other boards on STOCKHOUSE
