RE: pump and dumplong time since I didn't check this board ... interesting news today but I wouldn't even try to flip a cent before they'll announce their plans regarding the next pp or some new strong sales contracts...  

goofy, don't underestimate solarcircle,  he was  was a long time ACT shareholder ...  you better listen to him and do a proper DD ...
