Richard spent his career living by thehonor system and has 0 tolerance for honor offenses.

 What Richard does not seem to know is what is presently legallyowned by YNG.TO

He is not alone as it is very rare for a public traded companyto own 42% of a private company that owns all theassets to another public traded company

When Richard full understands that he does not need NEWCO and that he already owns everything he needs without dilution and that it would make him more money under the present structure then getting 40% and giving away @ .10 on the dollar he will be the strongest voice about the impairment.
