Thanks Silvio - and that is exactly why we aren't at $3.00.  A complete change is needed. I hear these guys are laying folks off and closing offices - don't know for sure it was just something I heard in one of the chatrooms.  But if the only way this CEO can keep this afloat is by shrinking the asset base, then soon OSI will lose critical mass and key staff will bail out. A fish rots from the head.  We need a CEO and Board with the credibility to raise capital and work a strategy that is going to win business. These guys are just paying themselves way above the median for the business and the locale, without producing results.  I recommend a 70% pay cut until we have 4 consecutive quarters of profitability.  All those in Favor???
