Interesting

InterestingRBC has sold 136,000 shares in the last 30 days including the last trades today. There were zero purchases by them during the same period. I'm pointing this out to remind you that  some/one holder(s) have made their own decision(s).  During that period, 5 different houses have puchased stock with zero sales of 87,000 shares indicating that at least that many new investors think EPT is worth a shot. Only 385,000 shares/$42,000 have traded since July 27th. It is important to realize that the share price is not indicative of where the stock should trade. In other words, until institutional buyers take note and/or a larger number of retail players are made aware, don't expect the stock to take off based on these pretty decent numbers. I think most of the selling pressure is gone , but who can be certain?  I'll continue to look for more buying opportunities
