The Well 11-30-32-23 W3 was a vertical well and the Well 14-29-32-23 W3 was a Waseca formation multi-lateral horizontal well with four horizontal legs for a total lateral length of approximately 1,600 meters. Subsequent Events

On August 11, 2010 the Company announced that Nasser Bin Jarallah joined the Board of Directors of Sonoro Energy Ltd. Mr. Nasser Bin Jarallah is an industrialist in the Middle East. He is the CEO and Vice President of the Bin Jarallah Group of Companies in Saudi Arabia. The Company anticipates that Mr. Nasser Bin Jarallah’s regional knowledge and influence is will be of assistance to the Company in its pursuit of Middle East and other international oil and gas resource opportunities.

Cash

Sonoro had cash of $2,320,013 at June 30, 2010.

Outlook

The Company is pursuing oil and gas resource opportunities in the Middle East and internationally. The Company plans to leverage its technology to acquire such resources. The Company is also constructing its first PetroSonic facility in Albania which continues and is expected to commence operations in the Fall of 2010. The joint venture partner, AlbNafta, continues to carry the costs in Albania. Additionally, the Company has recently decided to pursue continuous flow testing of its SonoAsh technology as a result of encouraging SonoAsh results.
