The property consists of land leased from the Alaska Mental Health Trust, a number of smaller private mineral leases, Alaska state mining claims purchased or located by the Company and patented ground held by the Company. Its subsidiaries include Tower Hill Mines, Inc., Tower Hill Mines (US) LLC, and Livengood Placers, Inc.

KOR

KORNot sure I believe it, but my U.S. brokerage account now lists KOR at one half the quantity of my original Tower Hill shares (THM) at an acquired price of $4.19992 per share. The listing is an AMEX listing, not a pink sheet listing. THM is listed at it's Friday closing price of $6.08.

I would have figured that THM would be 2/3 the closing price and that KOR was 1/3. Just going to wait until all the dust settles, since I can't figure it out.
