You are right Charts can not anticipate not take into account the impact on SP of NR's positive or negative.
    However they do a pretty good job of indentifying trends along with support and resistance level.
    They have been dead on with WEE since last Jan foecasting a down trend. ANyone smart enough to sell
      between then and now are ahead of the game.   Maybe not long term but givn the paucity of NR's from WEE
      fhey likely will be for some time yet.
      Wait until ou see the financials for this QTR   Unless they pull off some kind of a coup the current price will look pretty good in hindsight.
