Bankruptcy?

Bankruptcy?Ah, they won't go bankrupt. Lots of juniors have debts. They'll just do a rollback, rope in some new sheeple to buy into the dream and carry on.

It's interesting that they haven't announced the completion of the second tranche of the April PP of which insiders took down 1.5million of the 2.2million units issued in the first tranche for
.15. Nobody's buying the dream AMK? Ouch. Getting their butts kicked on that one right now.

This stock could easily go down to
.02-0.04 before the year is out on no compelling news releases (maybe they'll do a
.05 PP with insiders loading up, watch for that one and frankly, might be worth buying- TC hole CB-09-14 last year of 241m grading 0.8g/t  ENDING IN MINERALIZATION is compelling, so too is hole CB-09-10 at 212m grading 0.47g/t ending in mineralization and hole CB-09-11 at 300m grading 0.46g/t - CAVEAT-true widths unknown).

TC drilling is definitely out this year (I'm sure most of you have figured that out :) Too late. The snow starts flying up there in the high country in a few weeks (if it hasn't already).

There could definitely be truth to the rumours of litigation between TUO and AMK over the 60% agreement to feasibility. TUO isn't happy about AMK including the NSR's with last year's PP I hear. Maybe TUO and AMK work it out, maybe in goes to the courts. Stay tuned.

And finally, AMK, why do you need a COO making 125K/yr when you have nothing to operate? Operating mining companies have COO's, not exploration companies. And why a CFO AND a Vice President of Finance making 216K/yr between them? 2 Money men? Sheesh. Almost $600K/yr between the 5 officers (according to SEDI info). Unacceptable burn rate for a mom and pop exploration company. They owe $547K in penalties for not spending the flow through money on time (SEDI info). Sheesh. Dumb, dumbs or just trying to get away with something? Every junior company knows the ramifications of not spending the flow through money on time and if you don't you're just a dumb dumb and should not be running an exploration company. The market's figured you guys out. Make me a liar, say something compelling AMK.
