Any ETA or cost estimates til production?

Any ETA or cost estimates til production?Am attempting to do some research on RE companies.  Overall it currently reminds me of the dot com bubble, with lots of money being plowed into projects with little or no profit potential.  The recent feasibility study for Avalon comes to mind, where it indicates it would take the company $850 million to start producing.  That seems crazy for an RE market, that while valuable, is only suppose to double to $2 billion by 2014.
Ucore caught my interest due to the heavy RE prospects they have along with government support.  But im wondering does Ucore have any estimates out there on the time and cost it would take to start production?  Looked on their website and didnt see anything.  Im wondering if its as ridiculously high as Avalon or something more realistic.
Thanks for reading.
