Another one bites the dust...........

Another one bites the dust...........On August 5, 2010 Ms. Wallis announced that she will be resigning from the Board of Directors
effective August 31, 2010. Management and the Board deeply appreciate all the effort and good
advice rendered to the Company by Ms. Wallis. We all wish her well in her future endeavors.
