RE: Is It OfficialCarrot--It was probably already 'dog of the year' before trading in the '12' area, lol.  At least among stocks wtih gold on the books, it has got to be the ugliest duckling by far.

Where .12 per share is significant is that that is where they did several private placements a year or two ago.  Actually, the .15 and .20 levels are even more important, since that is warrant exercise level for most of the outstanding warrrants, I think.  So if the warrants don't get exercised, they will have to be very stingy with their cash, which obviously they have been lately. 

Probably what they should do is sell a property, if possible.  That would get them a decent wad of cash they could use to further develop the remaining properties.  You would think at these gold and silver prices they could find a buyer.
