RE: RE: RE: HRG
RE: RE: RE: HRG Severstal has mentioned (by my count 3 times) and indicated more importantly by their actions that it will launch an IPO for a stand alone Gold mining comp. as differentiated from Severstal Steel. the #2-3 steel producer in the World (albeit privately owned). This IPO will likely include shares from several companies that Severstal controls (will soon control) These companies include HRG, IMHO this will likely resemble a holding company.....Therefore logic would dictate that Severstal needs(their sake as well as ours) the companies SP that make up the IPO to be as strong as possible. Also the moving avg. needs to show strength.....many of us have been here for years( We bought our 1st shares at $3.40) Some of the unknowns: Date of IPO launch other than 1st of year? companies that will make up IPO other than HRG, and CRU? Severstal has mentioned they expect Severstal Gold to trade similar to Russias Polymetal. however what happens to shares owned by minority shareholders other than Severstal? are these shares converted to new Russian gold corp. 1 for 1, are they valued at a % of the new gold corp? alot of unknowns at the moment. Production is why we bought at$3.40 and kept buying when HRG hit .04 cnts, here we are at .91 and were not selling 1. Many developments are around the corner 1.Prognoz judgement 2.Bissa drill results(considering the chatter regarding West Africa this could be huge reserves) not to mention 3rd Q results 3.All debt retired....."You can have my shares when you pry them from my cold, dead hands"< Missouriminer Alpha will stay the course I recommend all other associatd operators stick too gameplan and liquidate over $1.29 > I challenge that if the aformentioned 3 points 1.Prognoz 2.Good reserves at Bissa 3. no debt. come too fruitation $5 SP is acheivable.
Thesees are historical facts, take some time look some of these up in archiv es I could not find 1 comp. that has the meat to compare to HRG somewere: Lion Mines - 1975 price
.07 / 1980 price $380! -- YES that's right, it's not a misprint you could of bought 10,000 shares of lion mines in 1975 for around $700 dollars - and if you held on for the whole 5 years until January 1980 you could have netted a total profit of around $3,799,300. Not bad hey!!!!! A few others were Bankeno - 1975 price $1.25 / 1980 price $430. Wharf Resources - 1975 price
.40 / 1980 price $560. Steep Rock - 1975 price $.93 / 1980 price $440, Mineral Resources - 1975 price $.60 / 1980 price $415 . Azure Resources - 1975 price
.05 / 1980 price $109. If you lik the complete article is at https://www.gold-eagle.com/editorials_05/baltin112605.html Enjoy and take the first step, the next step will present itself, don't fear the unknown imagine the unknowns at your birth unto this world.....you did'nt retreat. It is funny whn were children we have a deep curiosity for the unknown just toddlers and yet more courage than Adults...Take the next step no more no less....Logic is clear and rings true, emotion is clouded and persuades doubt.....
