Momyer, the original ratio could certainly stand, but if dor was significantly higher I can't imagine it would be set in stone. The 75-1 was an approximation, but I could certainly be wrong.

"it is expected that each Dianor shareholder will receive one common share of the new

company for approximately every 75 common shares of Dianor held at the specified date"
