RE: ENI in CongoI also read in the last week or so another article where the Congo Govt instructed ENI they were
to drill one well before the end of 2010.  I was happy to see the Govt has a Sense of Urgency &
A Do It Now Attitude.  Hopefully, this stands well for the future.
