RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: GMP SECURITIES bought todaCrap you really don't have a clue...do you?
The competition has sales... Act doesn't... it doesn't get any more basic than that. Everything I have said about Act has essentially been borne out, thats not bashing... its simply paying attention to what the business is telling you. There are a number of systems as good as or better than ACT currently on the market, they lost their first mover advantage a long time ago. I spent a lot of time keeping a close watch on this company simply because I was hoping that things would change sufficiently enough that this would become a good investment... unfortunately it never happenned and with each passing day it seems less and less likely. In terms of the share structure... in order to another financing a reverse split is required and in order to do a conventional revloving line of credit they will need a much more substantial recievables column to secure it so it can't happen.
Everything I have said about ACT has been substantially borne out... does that make me happy? Hell no... |I would sooner have been able to buy a whole whack of this a .04 and watch it grow to far beyond its previous high but objective analysis said this couldn't happen and it hasn't.
I still haven't given up watching but I can't imagine anything that would entice me to buy before the question of a reverse split is resolved and then only if there is some indication that they can achieve a reasonable level of market penetration. Everyone blame MSHA for dragging feet in enforcment of the mining act and that may have a certain effect on the US market but how come there are no sales outside that market? Don't we mine coal in Canada?, in Britain ? in Australia? in China? Or do those markets buy their communications equipment from the competition?
Why buy the stock if no one buys the product?
