Analyst price ranges

If you use the analyst's range of USD110 to 130 per ounce in situ and estimate 4 million oz, then OLE's range per share is USD1.28 to 1.51.  With the loonie at .95 that would be about 1.35 to 1.59.

At 5 M oz it would be USD1.60 to 1.89 (1.68 to 1.99).

This assumes 10% to govt and 90% to OJVG, 43.5% to OLE (net 39.15%).

For share count as of May it was 105.4 million fully diluted.  19 Aug they sold 21,562,500 shares for $17,250,000.  Then on 24 Aug they granted 7,600,000 options.  Rounds up to about 134.6 M FD.

You can run the numbers using 150 or 200 per ounce if you think they could structure a more generous deal.
