I must be stupid, but I keep buying

I must be stupid, but I keep buyingstarted  away back (check my posts) at .50 and lower.

Between my wife, children and myself we own plenty

All to say, if gold is like  -hit,  it should rolls down hill.  If this is the case based on our location we should do very well.

To release results in the summer is just plain dumb.

Yes management had its problems.  Have you ever started a little home project and run into problems?

I have:

Example:

Bought a riding lawn mower, it would not fit the the 40 year old shed I had, as  the doors were not wide enough..

Ripped down the the old shed, built a new one on the same spot, same size with bigger doors just so the riding mower would fit.

Prior to this I spoke  to the local government lady in person and was told all is OK as everything is going back on the same spot no need for anything, not even a building certificate as she said it was an exhancement to an existing structure.

All is done the lawn mower is happen as it not t getting rained on ..........fast forward 3months.........  the local government dude, comes around in the pickup truck I helped to buy with my taxes and asks.  "Have you made any improvements on the property in the last 2 years?  Proud as punch I show him my new shed same size, on the same spot just with bigger doors.

It turns out I needed a certificate to rip down the old shed, and a certifficate to rebuilt the new shed.

As they (some plant guy  who works for the province or some university) has found some prehistoic plant life in the area  there  are no certifates being issued (for anything) until the government  of Quebec has completed some study that could take up to 3 years to complete .

This is going on in Canada (a bit of a stretch.......... my cottage is in Quebec and yes I am english, and I live in Ontario full time ) , you would think they would be happy that I bought the  wood, screws, beer and got  a local guy to haul the old shed away and I paid  the dumping fee......... all in the la belle province .

All to say, look where these guys are and in the end as long as managemnet gets it ducks in a row, all will be cool.
The gold is not going to run away.

All the best

Cheers Beats
