RE: RE: RE: RE: if it breaks 1.00That can work as a self-fulfilling prophecy.  There is no evidence that Severstal is holding this down (if you have please provide it).  The share price is able to go up on fairly small volume relative to the number of shares and market cap.  I do not see manipulation unless this kind of psychology takes hold.  Once the 0.95 and then the 1.00 sp levels are breeched the stock can be hard to contain and the upside could be real significant.
