Off topic (sort of)FOX,
I appreciate what you are saying, believe it or not... However, someday hopefully, you will wake up in a "country" where we are compassionate to all, but have a responsibility to hold all people personally responsible for the actions they take on their own, and resist the temptation to protect and shelter those people from themselves, hence becoming enablers. 
By the way... I lived in Canada for 12 years, as well as the States before and after... Add in a Russian better half, born in Uzbekistan, a few tours in Russia, an orphanage in Nicaragua run by my sister, and a whole lot of world travelling, and there you have hopefully an open minded compassionate person, because... I assure you... I definatelly believe that we are all in this big fish bowl together.
